A track record that goes back further than most.

Haptastic is based in Crete, Greece, but the track record starts long before that. From age 12 to 19, running the family business meant real operational responsibility: cashing up, procurement, cash flow, and forecasting the quantities needed on different days, across a bakery, cinema, takeout, and supermarket. Paying invoices, sourcing stock, and making the calls that actually moved customer service and the product offering forward.

That same hands-on instinct later built Cape Town's first prepaid parking card, South Africa's first airport parking booking platform, and a real estate agency built to actually help buyers. It's the same approach that now goes into web and digital product development, and into helping other businesses enhance how they operate.

That work always starts the same way: finding where the real bottlenecks are, then building solutions that create value on every front at once. Not just for the business itself, but for its customers, and for the local community it operates in; supporting local suppliers, bakeries, and shops nearby, rather than routing money and attention to some unrelated company abroad. The principle throughout is the same one that ran through the family business: never just maintain what already exists, always elevate it. Circular-economy thinking, reuse, reducing waste, making things last, fits naturally into that same approach. So does go-to-market strategy, one of haptastic's specializations, though always applied in service of the fundamentals that actually build lasting customer relationships: retention, appreciation, trust built over time. GTM opens new doors; it doesn't replace what keeps customers coming back once they're through them.
